Hickory’s Story
Hickory is the last of her litter to not have a family waiting for her once ready to go.
Hickory is 8 weeks old and was found as an abandoned orphan with her sisters at 2.5 weeks old. They were hand raised and bottle fed around the clock. They have accomplished so much in 5.5 weeks.
She eats kibble and wet food, drinks water and milk and uses the litter box without any issues. She is a healthy girl and has had a few vet checks with no issues. She is the largest of the litter at just over 2 lbs. She is a beautiful black and brown tabby.
Hickory is bomb proof with everything and everyone - small and large dogs, cats, children and adults - nothing scares her. She is independent and can entertain herself but also craves attention. When it is time to nap she searches out a human lap or arms to cuddle in. She's super playful and has lots of energy. She is a little princess and exaggerates when the others hurt her lol. She loves being picked up and given face kisses, loves belly rubs, and being held like a baby. She loves playing with the other cats but also by herself.
She will not be ready to leave until mid December but we are accepting applications for her to place her on hold until then.
