Kimo’s Story
Meet Kimo, a sweet-natured, calm husky/malamute cross. He is 4 years old, utd on shots and neutered. He will also be microchipped prior to adoption.
Kimo is an ex-sled dog who somehow ended up in a shelter. He was adopted by a loving Quebec family but, through no fault of his, he is now looking for his forever home.
Kimo is not a typical husky, which is probably why he didn’t do well sledding. He is calm and sweet-natured, well behaved and respectful of a human's space. He is crate and house trained.
Kimo is good with cats and children. We feel a home with another dog may be best for him as he seems a bit sad and lacking a zest for life - his former home had other dogs and his foster family believes he would come out of his shell with another dog around.
