Herby’s Story
Love Bug Herby is a three year old, most probably, Bassett/Jack Russell cross. He was surrendered to the shelter as his family was moving and didn't have room for him. He is 36.5 lbs and cute as a button. He is really good with other dogs and loves to play. He is excellent in his crate and uses it at night and when his family is out. He walks quite well on a leash and has a short hair coat. Herby loves to chase flies and catch them. He is affectionate and enjoys being with both dogs and his family. Cuddling is one of his favorite past times. Note, due to his "stretch limo" physique. He will try and counter surf. Hernby is good with cats and birds. Herby is neutered, up to date with vaccines and has tested negative for heartworm.
We are looking for a home with no small children for our buddy. He is very attached to men and will climb up and fall right asleep against their chest. Herby is neutered, up to date with vaccines and has tested negative for heartworm.
We are looking for a home with no small children for our buddy. A fully fenced yard, a minimum of 5 feet high, as well as another resident canine is mandatory.
